- We do not provide refunds if the system specifications do not match our description.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you purchased the wrong product.
- We do not offer refunds if you purchased a cheat that, for any reason, has ceased to function, either temporarily or indefinitely.
- Compensation will only be provided at our discretion, if we deem it necessary.
- In case of any issues, we can assist customers via remote access. If you refuse to grant us remote access, no refund will be provided.
